This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our VITA students are dedicated to providing free tax assistance to the community, gaining hands-on experience while making a real impact. To ensure they have the tools needed to succeed, we’re requesting essential supplies:

Printer paper and pens – Vital for completing and organizing tax forms accurately.

Document holders – Help students stay efficient by keeping paperwork in place while preparing returns.

Mobile scanner – Allows students to digitize and securely store important tax documents.

Snacks – Keeps them fueled during long work sessions.

These items will enhance their learning by giving them real-world experience in tax preparation, organization, and client service. Our goal is to equip students with practical skills that prepare them for future careers in finance, accounting, and business.

What makes our students special? Their commitment to serving others. These young professionals are stepping up to provide a valuable community service, learning responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving along the way. Your support helps them gain confidence and develop career-ready skills. Every contribution makes a difference—thank you for helping our VITA team succeed!
