Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students are in K-8 Virtual School. We are a Title I School with over 80% of our students qualifying for free and reduced lunch. More than 50% of our students are on IEPs. This project's focus is for our primary students.
We know that our students would greatly benefit from having visuals from Teachers Pay Teachers in our presentations for virtual library classes.
I would love to include more clip art in their Google Slides to help catch their attention and increase engagement. Research shows that students who are engaged in their learning will have increased test scores.. We want to make sure they are excited about coming to class and love reading and know that with your love and support, we can make this happen.
This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
