Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I currently teach ELA for both 9th and 10th grade. I have a larger proportion of Spanish speaking students this year. I am hoping with these white boards I can enhance my student's learning by providing visual explanations and kinetic learning through various activities with this resource.

There are many styles of learning.

My English Language Learner students would benefit from a more engaged learning through interactive lessons such as having them write their thoughts on the boards, practicing their English spelling, and conducting fun activities that would allow them to be creative. Not only will my English learners benefit from this but these boards will be a resource that benefits all of my students.
