My Project

Welcome to the Arbor Heights elementary school art room! We are a diverse group of learners with a high population of Special Education services. Students are curious, enthusiastic and love having visual arts as an enrichment to theircore content.

This year, as the Visual Arts teacher, I hope to pivot my curriculum to have a focus on STEM.

I believe providing multiple access points can give students confidence to persevere and think outside the box. These are are skills needed to succeed beyond the walls of a school building.

The materials I am requesting are for a sculpture project that will incorporate balance, 2D planning to 3D implementation and student collaboration. Thank for considering donating to my classroom!
