My Students

Team sports, such as basketball, give students an opportunity to collaborate, encourage and challenge one another. The relationships that students form with their peers through sports helps create well-rounded individuals. My students LOVE being on the school basketball team!

My students are amazing!

They want to be active and involved. Our basketball players learn to balance their academic workload with their extracurricular activities. The time constraints placed on them with the practice and game schedule exposes them to the importance of time management.

My Project

Our school is lacking a bench for our visiting basketball team players. We are fortunate enough to have a home basketball team bench, and now we need one for our visitors so they don't have to stand or put their belongings on the floor. We want to be able to show our visitors respect and that starts with getting a bench for their team.

This project will help us gain school pride.

The bench will take the place of two balance beams that are pushed up against the wall where there is a void. Please help us fill that void!
