My Students

Our school is an academically screened school in a high needs area in Brooklyn. Our school is one of the most diverse schools in NYC, serving students from all races, nationalities, religions, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our students are high achieving and would really benefit from the best equipment that we can possibly provide them.

Incoming students have exceptional grades in middle school, and upon graduation from our school, we have a one hundred percent college acceptance rate.

Our students have a lot of pride in our school community.

My Project

With this virtual reality headset, we will purchase a program that allows our players to see high school, college, and professional level pitching with no risk of getting hurt, spending constant money at the batting cages, or having to be on a real field. The kids can use this in my office or anywhere else! Having this virtual reality option will motivate students to get to school early to get some extra reps. Any extra motivation to make sure kids are early for first period, is a huge benefit for athletes!
