Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Nintendo Switch will be used for our PBIS reward system. We will use it as a learning tool for social-emotional learning. The students will learn to share, take turns, and work in teams.

We are a middle school in a low-income area serving a diverse student population, including many special needs students.

Our students face daily challenges and obstacles that can make learning difficult and less engaging. That is why we are seeking support to provide our special needs students with a modern and accessible gaming system that will enhance their educational experience and improve their lives.

The gaming system we are proposing is specifically designed for special needs students and includes features such as accessible controls, adjustable difficulty levels, and customizable settings. This system will provide our students with a wide range of educational games that will help to improve their skills in areas such as math, science, reading, and problem-solving. In addition, the gaming system will also provide opportunities for our students to improve their social and emotional skills through interactive games that promote teamwork and collaboration.

By providing our special needs students with this gaming system, we believe that we can make a positive impact on their lives and help them to reach their full potential. This project is not only about providing new technology, but it is about improving the lives and futures of our students. Your support will go a long way in helping us to achieve our goal and make a real difference in the lives of our special needs students.
