My Project

Students with autism spectrum disorder benefit from enhanced visual supports due to their communication needs. A visual-supported clock will help them build independence with life skills such as telling time and scheduling. The hands on the clock included in this project allow individuals learning to tell time to do so with less support than a traditional clock.

Other types of visual supports provide them with the physical structure needed to understand abstract concepts like the passage of time, waiting, and more.

The materials provided are durable and will last for multiple years.
