Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are deep thinkers that apply themselves in every lesson. They give their best in every assignment, and truly produce quality work. They are engaged in each lesson, and enjoy coming to school every day. They are charismatic, and love cultural experiences such as music and art. This group of open-minded students display such a beautiful harmony in working together. I am truly blessed to have such an amazing group of students. They deserve everything that I am hoping to supply them with.

My Project

These materials will make a huge difference in our classroom by allowing my students to have more comfort while taking stressful tests and learning rigorous material daily. Having something soft to sit on will be a nice change from hard plastic chairs that my students would appreciate. My students benefit from having a variety of seating options to understand how they learn and focus best.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast has generously awarded our school with a grant to help fund our project with every donation towards this project.

We are so fortunate to have this opportunity at our school.
