My Project

I really wanted to get a class set of notebooks for all of my senior students this upcoming school year to encourage all students to be more accountable with the content they learn in class. I know that many of my students last year did not come to class with a notebook and this hurt their ability to both keep track of things happening in class as well as to use as reference for future assessments.

Note-taking is a very important skill for college-readiness.

I find that many of my students struggle to understand what are the most important elements of a lecture that they should copy down, as well as how to best structure their notes to be more useful.
