My Project

Items are needed for the ongoing projects used in my classes. For example, dry-erase boards will be used to record data, do math calculations, etc. Specific gardening items are needed for a project aligned with their language arts unit on urban farming.

Items will be used to grow a micro-garden as we learn about urban farming and food sustainability.

Students will track the growth of plants grown in soil versus hydroponic structures. Many of these students are from a low socio-economic population, where they might not experience healthy food choices.
