Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It's no secret that our teenage students are stressed out to the max especially in our urban schools. We are requesting a Bluetooth Speaker, Fluorescent Light Covers, Light Filters, Playing Cards and more!

These items will transform a space where over 100 students spend an hour every day trying to learn stressful mathematics topics by shifting the lighting, the scent, the sound and the feel of the space.

The items will encourage positivity in an environment that all too often is associated with stress that is detrimental to learning, whether it is happening consciously or subconsciously to our kids.
