My Students

My students are great kids who love to work with their hands. Being outdoors in a natural setting is where they thrive and learn best.

My students are inner city kids who rarely have access to the natural world.

Their initial foray into the world of agriculture has been a great success so far. They have built raised beds and planted vegetables, planted fruit trees, installed a maintained a pristine pond filled with Koi, and maintained a lovely courtyard that has become an oasis among brick and asphalt.

My Project

This year, my students will study Animal Science. The focus will revolve around management, care and feeding of small animals. We will study nutrition, breeding and general husbandry. These urban students will delight in the diversity of the various classes of animals. Birds, reptiles and mammals will fill the students' days with excitement and inspire the students to learn and explore the natural world.

With the tools from this project, my kids will have the experience to prepare them for the field of agri-business which is growing by leaps and bounds.

The employment opportunities for my students will diverse and substantial.
