This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are currently using a mix of very well loved toys that were once mine and others that have been acquired second hand. The food in our kitchen center is over 20 years old and our playdoh has seen better days. I would love to provide my students with updated items as well as new options when engaging in play based speech therapy.

These new and updated items will help engage and inspire language as well as motivate students to participate in speech therapy.

My students would be so excited to have new items to engage with.
