Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I inherited a classroom from a teacher who retired. Needless to say, all the materials are out-dated. My students are troopers and appreciate all the limited materials we have. I would like to give them new materials for our learning centers.

My students will use the alphabet bots and locks at the alphabet center that allows them to explore the ABC's on their own.

Also, they will be a great material to use in small group activities to learn phonics. The magna tiles are a great resource to use during our Where We Live unit. It will give children an interactive visual to better understand the difference and similarities between our homes and animal habitats.
