My Students

We are trying to build a leveled library that includes all of the levels that will meet our individual reading needs.

We are a group of third grade students who attend an urban school in Maryland.

We love to read and learn about the world around us. We realize we are all unique and learn at different paces. We need non-fiction books that vary in difficulty but are of high interest for us to participate in guided reading groups.

My Project

With your assistance we will be able to purchase a portion of our collection of non-fiction texts which will be leveled to meet us at our independent levels. By using leveled text we will be able to comprehend the information provided and improve our reading abilities. The bin will provide a place to keep these books organized.

Each student that enters the classroom will be able to find books that fit them.

This will foster a love for reading. These materials will be used my many students over the coming years. Your generosity will touch the lives of our youth!
