Help me give my students a class set of soprano ukuleles to allow them to learn an instrument. They are eager and willing to learn if given the opportunity.

A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
Wenonah Elementary is a Title I school that includes a diverse population in a high poverty area. All students receive free breakfast and lunch. Many students lack family support at home and face financial challenges.
We do not have many class sets of instruments in our music classroom that allow us to make music together.
They are eager and so willing to learn if given the opportunity. I want them to experience the joy and perseverance of learning an instrument. The earlier kids can learn an instrument, the more positive results they will experience later on!
My Project
Ukuleles will be a fantastic way for my students to build their musicianship early on. I want to build up our music program and give my students as many opportunities as I can.
I am a first year music teacher trying to build my classroom to the best of my abilities with ukuleles for my Title I school.
They are so deserving and with the right tools, they are able to do anything they put their mind to. I want to challenge my students and give them what they need to enhance their musical abilities.
