My Project

I absolutely love how curious, creative, and hardworking my students are. They approach every task with enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. They inspire me daily with their fresh perspectives and unique talents. What makes them truly special is their ability to collaborate, support each other, and embrace challenges. They are always willing to step out of their comfort zones to explore new ideas and express themselves in ways that are authentic and original.

The resources I’m requesting—an iPad, vlogging kit, and iPad stand—will have a profound impact on their learning, particularly in the realm of media production and digital storytelling.

The iPad will allow them to explore a variety of creative tools, from video editing apps to graphic design software, giving them more flexibility and independence in their projects. The vlogging kit will provide the necessary equipment for high-quality filming, enabling them to create polished videos and podcasts. The iPad stand will give them the stability and hands-free capability they need to film and work together seamlessly.

The goal for this project is to enhance their ability to create content that is both professional and reflective of their voices. These tools will help them develop important skills such as digital literacy, creativity, and teamwork. Most importantly, these resources will empower them to share their stories with the world in new and exciting ways, giving them the confidence to pursue their passions in the future. Through this project, I hope to foster their creativity while helping them grow as communicators and critical thinkers. The Higgins Pod Squad is ready to take their content creation to the next level!
