My Project

Incorporating literacy adventures into my classroom can offer students a creative escape, fostering imagination while reducing stress and anxiety. By engaging them in storytelling, I will give them the opportunity to explore different worlds, characters, and situations, which can build empathy and emotional resilience. Encouraging students to express themselves through journaling or creative writing can also provide a safe space for them to process their thoughts and emotions. Through literacy, students can gain a sense of accomplishment, enhancing their self-esteem and offering them mental health benefits such as relaxation and emotional regulation.
