My Project

I absolutely love the curiosity and enthusiasm that my third graders bring to the classroom every day. Their natural excitement for learning is contagious, and it’s truly inspiring to watch them explore new ideas and dive into topics that spark their interest. This project is all about fostering that curiosity even further by providing them with biography and informational books that will fuel their passion for research and exploration. The books will allow my students to explore diverse subjects, from history and science to real-world experiences of inspiring individuals. These resources will enhance their research and reading skills while encouraging them to think critically and ask questions about the world around them.

My goal for this project is to cultivate independent thinkers who are not only skilled at reading and researching but who also feel empowered to explore topics they’re passionate about.

These books will provide a solid foundation for inquiry-based learning, enabling students to collaborate, discover, and apply what they’ve learned in creative ways.

What makes my students truly special is their unique blend of creativity, empathy, and determination. They come from a variety of backgrounds, and each has a different perspective to share. They approach challenges with open minds and often come up with innovative ideas that inspire one another. With the right resources, I know they will take their learning to new heights. These books will help them grow both as learners and as individuals who are excited to contribute to their communities and the world.
