This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am reaching out to ask for your support in providing essential resources for young mathematicians from diverse and economically disadvantaged backgrounds in the South Bronx. Your generous donations will enable kindergarteners to excel in math through our Math Centers and transform their educational journey.

By contributing to our cause, you will help boost their confidence, enhance their critical thinking skills, and make a real impact on their academic success.

Our resources offer a wide range of learning opportunities and cater to various learning styles. For instance, the Pop Fidget Toys Center provides a hands-on approach to practicing math facts, counting skills, and logical thinking. The Singapore Math books will assist scholars in improving their math fluency. The Ten Frames and Number Bonds Center is designed to enhance scholars' mental math abilities. The Block Center will challenge scholars who have mastered addition to practice subtraction, and the Playdough Center will help them develop their number-tracking and counting skills. Your donation will ensure that every scholar can benefit from this diverse range of resources, regardless of their learning style.

With your support and generosity, we can empower our young mathematicians and ignite scholars' passion for science, technology, engineering, and math.
