My Students

My students are so full of kindness. I love to teach them independence and friendship skills. We also practice problem solving so they can be advocates for their peers in the future. While we follow a curriculum, I also tune into their interests and investigate questions they may have about the world.

My Project

Children, no matter their gender, love to play family because it's an essential part of their life. Family is their constant. A dollhouse provides students with the opportunity to play house on a smaller scale.

By donating to this project, my students will be able to represent their own family dynamic in addition to exploring diverse and unique family styles.

Family comes in different shapes, sizes, and colors. It's important for children to understand that all families are unique in their way and it's okay if they are different from their own.
