it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every year, ASCEND students partake in a post-session learning opportunity in which they choose a learning pathway for a week! This spring, Ms. Jaime and I will be offering "Ukulele Vibes!" with the following description:
"🎶 Do you dream of learning a musical instrument?
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to write and perform your own song? Begin your career as a musical superstar by joining the Ukulele Vibes Post-session! Picture it now: ukulele in hand, strumming beautiful chords, and singing your favorite songs! And guess what? At the end of post-session, you’ll get to go home with your very own ukulele to keep!
Develop your musical abilities, learn how instruments can build mindfulness, and build new friendships for a lifetime. Join Ukulele Vibes today! 🎶"
