My Students

I have a self-contained class where I am a special education teacher. My students come in thinking that they can not learn or achieve anything. They are willing but do try to take the easy way out sometimes. However, they do not realize how amazing they are and that they can achieve anything. They do take a little longer to learn and retain information. Once you see and they know that they have the answer the light on their faces are priceless. I want all my students to know that they all matter. Having a second screen during remote learning will allow me to see my students when we are doing a lesson and I need to share my screen for those reasons, I would like to have all the resources we can have to help all my students. "If my students don't learn the way I teach then I will teach the way they learn."

My Project

With me as the teacher having a second screen, it will allow my students to see me when I share my screen. This makes my students be more engaged in their learning and take ownership. Knowing that I can see them while I am teaching and they know that I can see them makes the lessons more fun. We can dance together, sing , watch movies and most importantly learn together. Having a second screen will give my students more confidence to ask and answer questions as a whole; we share as a family.
