This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My 4th grade students always come into the classroom eager to learn! They are some of the most dedicated students I have ever seen, so this project will benefit my students tremendously.

They are some of the funniest, sweetest, and most caring students I have come across, who are ready to conquer 4th grade.

They want to become avid readers in order to enjoy all aspects of literature. These students come in every morning with smiles on their face, ready and excited about 4th grade.

My Project

I am requesting two monitors to add to my laptop. As a General Education Teacher, I currently have 5 student in fact to face instruction and 14 who stayed at home attending to virtual learning. Therefore I am juggling attending to both platforms. This project will help me to see my students while I am instructing them remotely. I find it challenging just using my laptop as the main source.

Adding two monitors to my laptop will keep me actively engaged with each other while I share lessons and resources on the screen.

I would be able to continue to interact with my students such as answering their questions and seeing their reactions such as visual cues and feedback when I am sharing my screen with them.

Working with three screens will allow me to have different windows and programs open at the same time. This will enhance the remote teaching and learning experience. I am also requesting two monitors and laptop mount to connect all devices together.
