My Project
At SRVHS Library, we aim to cultivate a love for reading in every student. With the boom of true crime podcasts, many students are looking to read about true crime. A lot of our students love the fast-paced mystery/thriller novels but are looking for the true stories that inspired those books. This genre not only captures their attention, but keeps them engaged with the complex narratives as well as the peek into the human condition.
Help us to inspire reluctant readers by giving the gift of books that will motivate them to read.
Our non-fiction section is currently limited in its true crime offerings. We hope that since students are asking for these titles, we can grow the section as well as give these students an opportunity to have access to book that could interest them.
