My Project

Thanks to an amazing donor and the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, we are able to jumpstart our school participation in Trout in the Classroom.

However we still have a few materials that need to be purchased in order to finalize the tank set up.

Additionally, since the tank will be insulated, students will not be able to easily see inside the tank. In order to make the learning more impactful, we will display the Plastamount fish near the tank so we can learn more about fish anatomy. The materials purchased will help keep our growing trout healthy until it is time to release them into the wild.
