Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My classroom is built up of a diverse community of children. These children have amazing abilities, but just don’t have the resources to push their learning to the next level. These supplies will help us to give them what they deserve! These students will be given the opportunity to shine and succeed in the upcoming school year.

My Project

These items will help transform our dull-white classroom into a bright tropical paradise for my students to enjoy learning. The classroom will be bright and have aspects of a tropical vibe. I will be able to create a fun and inviting area for my students to transport to a tropical paradise and read in beach chairs on the beach with palm trees and flamingos. It will be a place to escape the basic everyday classroom. I have a love for the beach and this year while remote my students seemed to really enjoy the presentations with bright colors and beach theme. I hope to bring it into the classroom for my next group as well ☀️
