My Project

These little treats and treasures may seem tiny to you, but to a 3rd grade student they mean the world! Every Friday, my students that have shown great behavior, hard work, and extra kindness get to choose a small reward out of the classroom treasure box. Items like candy, snacks, special pens, shoe charms, and little toys are all very popular treasure box rewards.

Desirable treasure box rewards make great incentives for positive behavior and hard work when students are having trouble feeling motivated in the classroom.

The classroom treasure box promotes goal setting, boosts motivation, reinforces good behavior, and boosts students' self-esteem.

Mrs. Stennis Southaven Intermediate School Grades 3-5
