Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Give us the opportunity to be able to listen to our favorite songs in Transitional Kindergarten.

Our school is located in South Central Los Angeles CA.

It is a 100% Title I school. My students are mainly Latinos, whose families are working class. For most of my students this is their first time in school. They are so eager to learn, that I want to be able to provide them with as much of a positive school experiences as I can.

My Project

The speaker/sound system I am requesting will give my students the opportunity to access kindergarten songs on a daily basis. My students are going to be able to listen to their favorite days of the week songs, month of the year songs, the number songs, and color songs that they love so much.

The speaker/sound system will be used on a daily basis.

My students love listening to their favorite morning songs, math songs, movement songs, and color songs, but unfortunately we are unable to do this the proper way because of the lack of a good sound system.
