My Students

All School is a valued tradition at our school. Every week, the entire student body, grades PreK through 12, and faculty comes together to celebrate another successful week of learning both in and out of the classroom. The school community participates in House Competitions to earn points for the annual House Cup.

Our school is located in the center of the city and serves 625 students from the city itself and surrounding towns.

Our school's magnet theme is Social Justice and 100% of our graduates go on to four-year colleges.

My Project

Our student body would benefit from two large, mobile white boards for weekly use at All School. The purpose of All School is to build community among students at all age levels (prek-12) and faculty. All School builds a family-like atmosphere in our school and provides us with opportunities to showcase our successes and talents. Each week, the student government plans activities to engage the community in competitions and experiences. Some activities are on a large-scale and easy for all to see, but others are smaller, like Pictionary and Don't Forget the Lyrics. These types of activities are favorites of the student body, but hard to execute for all to see. Currently, we use the gym wall or a sheet for projection and small, hand-held white boards. By having the large, mobile white boards, we would be able to increase engagement and excitement by providing clearer, larger visuals.
