Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an inner-city school, it is hard for us to come up with the money for our school projects. Within the physical fitness classrooms, we want to make sure that our students are able to understand how important it is to stay fit and be healthy.

With the help of the iPad and Apple watch, we will be able to track heart rate, weight, and also any other exercises that will help us along our fitness journey.

The iPad will help us with making spreadsheets to make our own fitness plans, as well as help us track our daily calorie input and output, as well as track our nutritional goals. The Apple watch will allow us to be able to track our heart rate when working out, as well as keep track of our running times.

Our students work so hard to stay on top of their fitness and diet, and being able to use the technology listed above would greatly enhance our chances of being more successful in doing so.
