As a 26 year veteran teacher, I chose to change roles this year and am serving students in our agriculture food processing and meat lab classes. These classes will help students attain certifications, learn industry skills, as well as attain life skills they can use every day. These items will allow my students to explore the science behind cooking and baking. These food processing and meat science classes are unique and special as they provide an outlet for students to explore and develop skills in a course which very few school districts offer.
