Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our K-5 students are enthusiastic learners who had to adapt to remote learning quickly. The majority of students at our Title I school thrive with engaging and hands-on learning tools that allows them to experiment and create memorable learning experiences.

My Project

Whether or not students will be learning at home or in the classroom over the upcoming months, these materials will get into student's hands!

My students can use these hands-on and sensory learning tools in various ways to practice counting, reading, crafting and problem-solving skills.

The multi purpose learning items can easily be connected to the various curriculum topics in math, science, reading and art. The versatility offers students ways to plant and observe their own science projects, count and read with magnets and/or show their creativity with art supplies.
