My Project

Being in a self-contained classroom, each student has their own unique needs. However, we all share a common goal to create a classroom of respect and good rapport. Something as a class we are continually working on his how to socialize and work well with others.

Allowing students opportunities to play with hands-on materials not only helps build gross and fine motor skills, but promotes socialization and opportunities for students to develop language.

When provided with STEM toys students can allow their minds to explore and can learn to work collaboratively to bring ideas to life.
