My Project

What I Love About My Students:

My students are an energetic, hardworking, and resilient group.

Whether in PE or on the court and track, they bring passion and determination to every challenge. What makes them special is their ability to work together, support each other, and push themselves beyond their limits. No matter their background or personal challenges, they show up ready to learn and grow every day.

How the Requested Items Will Help:

The Torque Fitness Tank will make a significant difference in our PE classes and athletic training. Its adaptive resistance makes it accessible for all fitness levels, allowing students to challenge themselves at their own pace. In PE, I’ll use the Tank to design engaging, inclusive workouts that help students build strength, endurance, and teamwork skills.

For my basketball and track teams, the Tank will elevate our training by focusing on speed, power, and conditioning. It will help athletes build explosive strength, improve acceleration, and enhance endurance, giving them a competitive edge.

Goals for the Project:

My goal is to create an engaging and supportive fitness environment where all students can develop physically and mentally. The Torque Fitness Tank will encourage lifelong fitness habits for every student while helping our athletes prepare for higher levels of competition.

What Makes My Students Special:

My students are more than just participants—they are a community. They lift each other up, face challenges together, and always strive to improve. They balance academics, athletics, and personal responsibilities, and I want to give them the best resources to help them thrive in every area of life.
