Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It is so important that students have the tools they need for learning in their home community. Often times they have tools at school to calm them and focus them and places to store them, but they don't have these same resources at home. By providing storage and fidget resources for students and their families allows for the creation of community learning which is so very important for creating a supportive learning environment. Help give my students storage boxes for crayons and LEGOs, as well as LEGOs and fidgets that support calming and focusing along with STEM development as they are learning at home since so many students in this community lack these vital resources.
