My Students

I teach both 7th and 8th grade students. Our students are motivated and involved in their learning. We have a great student body that is actively striving to do their best. Our current 8th graders will be taking the Living Environment regents this year! We are trying to push students to use technology and also to type up their final lab reports. The students in the school are in need of toner in order to print out their reports in the classroom!

My Project

We do multiple labs a month, in order for students to focus on hands on labs in the classroom, we print out some of the notes so that it is "note-copying" in class. Each month the students type up at least 1 formal lab report in order to publish their findings. The toner will benefit the students for the fact that they will now be able to print out their final reports. Some of our students do not have printers at home. Also, the toner is used to print out lab activities as well as rubrics for the students to reflect on their work.
