My Project

I want my elementary music students to play tone chimes. They are a lot like handbells, but are more child-friendly. Each pitch has a different color. The colors match the colors of Boomwhackers, which means that they can play along with many YouTube videos designed for Boomwhackers. These instruments will help kids understand the concept of high and low pitches. They will also add variety to the musical instrument selection in my music room. Giving children something to do with their hands is very important to their learning. Making music with hands is super-awesome.
