Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students these days don't go outside and play. They are in front of their television playing video games all evening. I want to introduce to them the game of pickle ball. If they have the chance to play this activity, many might discover other talents they might have and not know it.

By donating to our project, students will not only be introduce to pickle ball, it will develop their motor skills, knowledge, and behaviors for physical activity and physical fitness.

These students come from low income families where pickleball is not a game they would play at their nearby park. I want them to love the game and encourage them to step outside and play.
