My Project

In our rural mountain community, there are generational issues where education is undervalued and sometimes even not trusted. But, one teacher can make a HUGE difference!

I am building a new K/1 classroom practically from scratch.

I want to offer my students a fun and enriching classroom environment that is organized and easy to navigate, one they will never forget!

Our class needs a jumpstart in supplies, so here I am…As I mentioned, I am building from almost nothing, so we need basic organization and a variety of toys that will serve as tools for learning. From books bins to puzzles, to STEM supplies and phonics games and tools, we can really use some good resources. Supplies on my list will directly affect early learners who don’t always get exposure to learning through play at home.

I am so grateful there is a platform where donors can give a renewed sense of hope for education. It’s beautiful to see how much support there is and how much difference can be made. Thank you!
