This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
My students have never had the opportunity to experience tinikling dance. I am excited to bring this opportunity to my school and teach my student how to perform this dance technique. I am more excited to see what my students can create when given this opportunity.
Using different genres of music will assist in the creativity of my students.
I want to give my students every chance for an experience; I can expose them to rhythms, dances, and music they might not have elsewhere.
Let's allow students to benefit from the generosity of others! This lesson will show them that by asking, great things can be achieved and great experiences can be accomplished!
