Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My little learners are so eager to be at school each and every day. Our favorite things in the classroom are technology, music, movement, and art. These four aspects of our daily activities engages their little feet, hands, and huge imaginations!

As special education students with varying disabilities, it is always exciting to see different way in which my students interact with resources around them.

Most of them can be sensitive with sensory activities so having the flexibility of different materials in the classroom gives each student an opportunity to delve into their creative and artistic little minds.

My Project

These iPads will allow my students to have more time with technology in the classroom. We currently have very few technological resources in our immediate classroom, therefore only allowing my students very limited time using these tools.

My students enjoy the sounds, movement, and easy accessibility that iPads provide for little fingers.

All of my students are able to access different apps that tailor to their individual needs and interests. The iPads would allow my students to interact with more technology everyday in our classroom. It would also be a great reinforcer for students who may request a different activity to keep them motivated and engaged throughout the day.
