Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students come to school excited and curious, from all different types of backgrounds and starting points. Students will have an incredible year full of opportunities to engage and learn. Given the proper support and opportunities, they are all capable of getting a strong educational foundation benefiting them their entire lives. My Project

This project will help all students better understand the connection between reading and writing. Students will be excited about their daily Writer's Workshop time and all the learning opportunities that go along with writing.

My amazing first graders need a Writer's Workshop curriculum that will help develop their creative process!

I will use the TPT funds to purchase a Writer's Workshop curriculum to use for daily instruction. I am requesting a TPT gift card that will help make a difference in my students' learning and writing by providing them with a writing curriculum that will guide them and motivate them to tell their stories.

The document bags will be used by each student as their safe space to store all of their ideas and drafts through the writing process.

The dry erase pockets will be used by each student to proudly display their writing once ready to publish.

All the materials will help my students explore different writing opportunities. Please help me provide this amazing curriculum from TPT and writing materials to my first-grade students.
