My Project

I am trying to add more diverse books to my library. I am hoping to work towards having a classroom library with books that represent all my students. I want them to see stories that match their lived experiences in life.

My students should look at my library and see books that have characters that look like them.

All students will benefit from a diverse collection of books. These books will be loved by all students. I will use these books to teach diversity in a multitude of subjects, not just in Language Arts.
