Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students have the biggest hearts. They are funny and silly at times and that brings a smile to everyone. They show respect for adults and other students. They are willing to help one another and show that they are ready to learn. I would love my team to give each student that extra support to take home more school materials and use them in both places when we return to school. My students look forward to coming to school and learning different strategies while we practice fun hands-on activities. We have students from different grade levels that join our group and they look forward to returning to class and socializing with their peers.

My Project

Having a digital timer set in motion can help my students with their daily routine and with transitions to move on to the next thing. Some students struggle with reading, the leveled reading book sets are a great starter. there not as challenging but perfect for them to make progress. Books are categorized into levels of difficulty, which is how a perfect match, based on ability, can be made. This will increase their vocabulary and their phonics. The text and illustration are simple and my students love to read. We also need cleaning supplies.
