My Project

My students do not all come from households that emphasize current events and national news. They want to be able to understand today's society in order to help them succeed.

In order for them to become global citizens and work to make change in the world, they need access to a resource like TIME For Kids which will help them tremendously in investigating community problems and solutions.

TIME For Kids builds critical thinking skills as well as scaffolds further learning. My students will use this in order to understand our complex world and invite them to create change.
