My Students

I currently teach first grade and my class has a variety of learners and interests. The students are performing at various levels including, approaching, on and above level. We use various programs that spark their love for learning and reading.

As a teacher, I try to tap into each and every students learning style to help each student reach their potential every single day.

We will sing songs, use technology, physical education, science and so on to continue to keep students excited about learning.

As a school and grade level we work together to help our students in different ways. We collaborate daily and have support from each other. All of these types of collaboration help each and every child succeed in all academic and social areas.

My Project

TIME For Kids is an amazing and engaging magazine. They teach students science and science while making it engaging and fun for first graders.

TIME For Kids will keep my students engaged, up to date of new things in the world while allowing them to have fun!

TIME For Kids magazine also gives students digital access in case they are home during this time. It is a great way for students to learn new things while having their own individual magazines and access on the internet and challenge them with different activities to show their understanding.
