My Project

My Incredible Students

I teach a group of enthusiastic, curious, and creative students who are always eager to explore new ways to express themselves.

Many of my students come from diverse backgrounds and face daily challenges, but their passion for learning and storytelling shines through in everything they do. They inspire me with their resilience, imagination, and eagerness to connect with the world around them.

How a Camera Will Make a Difference

The camera I am requesting will serve as a powerful tool for hands-on learning and creativity. It will allow my students to:

Document their learning: By capturing moments of exploration, collaboration, and success, they can reflect on their growth and accomplishments.

Create meaningful projects: From photo essays to science experiments, the camera will help bring their ideas to life in vibrant, visual ways.

Learn real-world skills: Through photography and videography, students will gain technical and artistic skills that can open doors to future opportunities.

Express their voices: The camera will give students a platform to share their stories, experiences, and perspectives with confidence and creativity.

Mr. Rivers Southlawn Middle School Grades 6-8

Celebrate Black teachers and kids! This project supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of students are Black.
