My Project

There is a mixture of items currently being requested to support the development of many of my students. Many students have an increased level of sensory-seeking needs and require tools, activities, and games that can help support the regulation. The compression vest will help some of my students who experience difficult times throughout the academic school day regulate themselves. The compression vest will serve as a tool to support students in increasing their attention and focus to access the classroom instruction being provided. There are sensory items that help in calming the students. There are tabletop games that will help in developing appropriate turn-taking skills. Also, Theraputty is being asked for so that the students can increase their strength. Many of the tools will facilitate improving social skills engagement and peer interaction.
